HOWARD COUNTY STAFF
As a two sport collegiate coach and athlete I bring to FCA great insight into utilizing sport as discipleship platform. My vision for the county is to see every facet of sport utilized to bring coaches and athletes into a relationship their creator. My job is to strategically growing the ministry ecosystem, hire new staff, and keep casting vision for FCA Howard County.
When I am not working in or on the ministry I enjoy working out, producing content and spending time with my growing family. My wife Emily and I have two daughters and a son.

John has been in Howard County his whole life! He graduated from Wilde Lake Highschool in 2014 and then from the University of Maryland in 2018 with a degree in Finance. At Maryland, he played for the club lacrosse team and was on the student leadership team with CRU. John graduated from Metro Baltimore Seminary in January 2022 with a Masters in Divinity. He plans to become a licensed and ordained minister in the PCA (Presbyterian Church in America). John and his wife, Lydia attend Chapelgate Presbyterian Church. They both coach at Chapelgate Academy (Lydia, soccer and John, lacrosse). John is excited to be part of what God is doing in Howard County sports. There is a big area for the light of Jesus to shine and bring people to himself.
In his free time John enjoys sports (tennis, football, basketball), fantasy or sci-fi novels, a game of chess, and The Amazing Race."
